Practical Shooter Terms of Use

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Practical Shooter App.
• You are responsible for protecting your devices, passcodes, and any exported data.
• Using Practical Shooter App for an organization or club means you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your use of Practical Shooter App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle, sync, and delete your information. Please maintain access to your devices and backups to ensure you retain access to your competition data.

• No unlawful, threatening, or defamatory content.
• No reverse engineering or exploitation of the app.
• No unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts.
• No interference with other users, networks, or security measures.

Practical Shooter App provides reference information for IPSC, USPSA, and other practical shooting sports. While we strive to keep rulebook information accurate and up-to-date, always refer to official governing body publications for authoritative rules. The app is intended as a reference tool and does not replace official rulebooks or match director decisions.

Practical Shooter App, its logo, and related IP belong to Outdoor Technica. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes.

Practical Shooter App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Practical Shooter App in the prior 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are resolved exclusively in Ontario courts unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect app changes or legal requirements. Material updates are communicated in-app or via email.

If you downloaded Practical Shooter App from Apple's App Store, these terms incorporate Apple's Minimum Terms for Licensed Applications.

• The license covers use only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms of Service.
• Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Practical Shooter App.
• If the app fails to conform to any warranty, notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no further warranty obligations.
• Outdoor Technica is responsible for addressing claims related to Practical Shooter App, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• You must comply with all applicable third-party agreements, such as your wireless data plan, when using the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them regarding your App Store download.
