Frequently asked questions

Can I try the app without an account?

Yes. Open the web app as a guest. Account sign-in is needed for features such as uploading a CAB export to the shared match catalogue.

Do rulebooks work offline?

Mobile users can download rulebook editions in the app for offline reading. Web rulebook content is streamed and requires an internet connection.

Why can’t I export a video?

Video export availability depends on your browser or installed app version. The web editor exports MP4 using H.264 video and AAC audio; unsupported browsers or clips with another audio format may not export. Clips are limited to ten minutes and source files to 2 GiB. Use the web editor for the current workflow.

Are video projects backed up with my account?

No. Video footage, projects, artwork and exports are stored locally in the app or browser and are not synchronised with your account. Keep your own copy of exports you want to retain.

Delete your account

  1. While signed in, open the Account tab and choose Delete Account.
  2. Enter your current account password and type DELETE to confirm.

The app rechecks your password before removing the account and its account-linked records. Locally stored video projects and exports are separate and remain on the device or in the browser; remove those separately if you want them deleted. If you cannot access the app or your account, email app@outdoortechnica.com with “Account deletion help” in the subject. Do not email your password.

Report a match correction or removal concern

CAB uploads from authorised account holders add structured results to a shared catalogue. To help us locate a problem, email app@outdoortechnica.com with the match name and date, the affected stage or result, what appears wrong, and the correction you believe is accurate. For a privacy or takedown concern, explain which record is affected and why it should be reviewed. Include only information needed to investigate. We will review the affected record and the details you provide.
